These petitions have been filed on the side of the appellant (i) to condone the delay of 1268 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due the death of the sole appellant namely Solaimuthu in the above Second Appeal, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and (iii) to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 3 herein as the legal representatives of the sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions and no serious objections being raised on the side of respondents, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
