This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to grant further time of three months to complete the enquiry as directed by this Court by order dated 29.08.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.7491 of 2019.

2. It is seen from the averments in the affidavit that after receiving the final decision taken by the Railway Board/ Chief Vigilance Officer, the respondent will be informed about the action taken on his complaint and seeks further time to complete the enquiry.

3. Considering the above, this petition is ordered, time is extended for three months to complete the enquiry from the date of date of receipt of copy of this order.
