The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent/ Special Officer, Kilacheri Cooperative Agricultural Bank JJ.106, who has raised objections to withdraw the amount standing to the credit of her Savings Bank Account No.259.

Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the communication dated 20.07.2017 received from the second respondent stating that the petitioner had already withdrawn the entire amount to the credit of her Savings Bank Account No. 259 and further had closed the Account on 05.08.2008. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
