JUDGMENT

(Delivered by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) The only grievance of the appellant is that the parties have been relegated to the Civil Court without the impugned order having been set aside. He thus apprehends that the respondents would take advantage of order dated 28.02.2022, impugned in the Writ Petition.

2. We are of the considered view that this apprehension is 2/4

misconceived, since at paragraph 5 of the order, the learned Judge has specifically noted that 'Whatever orders are passed by the revenue authorities in this regard, will not bind on all the parties'.

3. Mr.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the official respondents would specifically confirm that the ambit of this direction would include order dated 28.02.2022 as well.

4. With this, no further apprehension need survive in the mind of the appellant. Hence, reiterating the observation at paragraph 5 of order dated 12.06.2024, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
