2. Parallelly the appellants had also filed CMP No.22924 of 2023 to implead further two respondents in the Second Appeal since it is stated that the respondent had sold the property to the proposed respondents herein. However, that application kept in abeyance.

3. As far as the applications in CMP Nos.28476 to 28478 of 2023 are concerned, notice had already been directed and the counsel had also entered appearance for the proposed respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the legal representatives of the sole respondent are required to participate further in the Second Appeal, these applications are allowed and the delay in filing the application to set aside abatement stands condoned.
