ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2 nd respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of false and motivated complaint given by his daughter-in-law namely Uma.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that based on the complaint given by the said Uma, a case registered in C.S.R. No.100 of 2024 and after completion of enquiry, the same was closed and therefore, there is no question of harassment.

3. Since the respondent police already conducted enquiry and closed the complaint of the said Uma, there is no need to grant any relief in this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
