ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant extension of time to comply with the order that the petitioner shall deposit 20% of the entire cheque amount, to the credit of S.T.C.No.329 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court Magisterial Level No.II, Poonamalle, Tiruvallur District, within a period of two weeks from the date of his release from the prison made in Crl.M.P.No.14494 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 1212 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit 20% of the entire cheque amount, to the credit of S.T.C No.329 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court Magisterial Level No.II, Poonamalle, Tiruvallur District.
