This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1, Cuddalore on every Monday and Tuesday at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24839 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
