ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.4998 of 2021 dated 04.10.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will pay 10% share towards Employee's Contribution. It is further submitted that the petitioner is entitled for gratuity that is being denied.

3. The relief has been granted for regularising the service of the petitioner. For any reason, if the petitioner is found to be not eligible for gratuity, on that score, if any order is passed, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same. So far as the regularisation is concerned, it is already made and orders have been passed.

4. In view of the same, further action in the contempt petition is dropped. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
