ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to change over the classification as Cart Track (Government Poramboke) in the revenue records of the subject Track instead of the wrong classification as Nilaviyal Pathai by disposing the written representation made by the Petitioner on 15.04.2025
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, initially, the subject land was classified as Cart Track (Poramboke). After the UDR Scheme, the said land was wrongly classified as "Nilaviyal Pathai" and the same was reflected in the patta of the adjacent land owners (private respondents herein), due to which, they are claiming the said Cart Track (Poramboke) as their private road and preventing others from using the same. Hence, a representation dated 15.04.2025 was filed by the petitioner before the respondents 1 to 3, requesting them to change over the classification of the subject land as Cart Track (Government Poramboke) in the revenue records. Subsequently, on 02.05.2025, the 2nd respondent directed the 3rd respondent to conduct the field inspection and submit his report. However, the 3rd respondent had neither conducted the field inspection nor submitted his report till date. Hence, this writ petition.
5. In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would request this Court to pass appropriate orders 3/7
directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
7. In the case on hand, initially, the subject land was classified as Cart Track (Poramboke). However, the 3rd respondent had neither conducted the field inspection nor submitted his report till date.
8. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
