[made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Captioned 'writ miscellaneous petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to restore W.P.No.34139 of 2019, which came to be dismissed for default on 29.04.2024, to file. 2.

Issue notice to respondents.

Mr. S. Wilson, learned counsel, Mr. T.K. Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, Mr. S. Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), Mr. G. Balamanikandan, learned counsel and Ms.S.Kalpana, learned counsel, accept notice for RR 1 to 5 respectively. Learned State counsel and learned counsel for private respondents very fairly submitted that they do not oppose restoration prayer.

In this view of the matter, considering the innocuous nature of the prayer in the captioned WMP as well as other attendant circumstances, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for and we add that W.M.P.Nos. 34750 and 34751 of 2019 also will now stand restored to file.

List the captioned main W.P. and W.M.P. Nos. 34750 and 34751 of 2019 on 09.07.2025.
