ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2025.

2. Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner, being an Ex-Armyman, is doing agricultural cultivation in the subject land, which is classified as "Kundru Poramboke". Under these circumstances, the Warrant Officer sent a representation dated 23.09.2011 to the 1st respondent to allot the subject land to the petitioner under "Ex-Servicemen Quota". Subsequently, the 1st respondent had forwarded the said representation to the 2nd respondent 2/6

to take necessary action. Thereafter, the petitioner had also made an representation dated 26.08.2025 before the respondents for the very same request. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this writ petition.

5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would request this Court to pass appropriate orders directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

7. In the case on hand, the petitioner, being an Ex-Armyman, is doing agricultural cultivation in the subject land, which is classified as "Kundru Poramboke". Under these circumstances, the Warrant Officer sent a representation dated 23.09.2011 to the 1st respondent to allot the 3/6

subject land to the petitioner under "Ex-Servicemen Quota". Subsequently, the 1st respondent had forwarded the said representation to the 2nd respondent to take necessary action. Thereafter, the petitioner had also made an representation dated 26.08.2025 before the respondents for the very same request. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the respondents till date.

8. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
