3. Mr.D.R.Arunkumar takes notice for the first respondent. Despite having been served, the main contesting respondent / second respondent, though entered appearance, has not appeared.

4. Therefore, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
