This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28355 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Mylapore Police Station daily evening at 6:30 p.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28355 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Mylapore Police Station on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
