This petition has been filed to modify the condition 7(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11379 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023, passed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11379 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate -I, Chengalpattu every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
