ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.07.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 103(1) BNS r/w 3(5) BNS, 2023, in Crime No.192 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. Earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24438 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025 and without any change in circumstances within 5 days, this petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner trying to argue the matter once again on merits.
3. This Court is not inclined to appreciate the same, since when the matter is dismissed on 10.09.2025 within 5 days this petition is filed and urging this Court to consider the matter again. Hence, I am not inclined to consider the bail application which was already dismissed and I am also of the view that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the District Legal Service Authority, Chennai. 2/4
