Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Sanjeevi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the subsequent orders have been passed by the second respondent - District Collector and hence the writ petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
