Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned online Rejection order of the respondent with regard to online application for subdivision patta transfer to the name of the petitioner in No.2022/0105/07/408863 dated 22.07.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to process the online application in No.2022/10105/07/408863 dated 22.07.2022 which was already submitted by the petitioner for subdivision patta transfer within the time frame being fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the rejection order dated 22.07.2022 passed by the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Though the petitioner has challenged the rejection of the online application dated 22.07.2022, it is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh application seeking transfer of sub-division patta in respect of the subject property.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application along with all necessary documents for transfer of sub division patta for the subject property, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

No costs.
