This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order of the 1st respondent dated 24.11.2023 in Na.Ka.No.4787/2023/A3. 2.
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the notice issued by the 1st respondent dated 24.11.2023 has been withdrawn and a fresh notice dated 18.01.2024 has been issued to the parties.

In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is disposed of by recording the submission of the learned Additional Public prosecutor.
