This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned"at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that vide order dated 19.12.2019, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain condition, one of which is to deposit a sum of Rs.3 Lakhs to the credit of Crime No.522/2019. Further, conditions have also been imposed by the Court in the said order.

3. However, Crl. M.P. No.149 of 2020 was filed praying for extension of time to surrender and this Court, vide order dated 10.1.2020, granted further 15 days time to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties. However, this Court, vide order dated 11.2.2020, while recorded the deposit made by the petitioner to the tune of Rs.3 Lakhs, to the credit of Crime No.522/2019, as ordered by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2019, however, an inadvertent 1/4

addition has been made in the said order for execution of sureties once again and, therefore, the petitioner is insisted to execute the sureties once again. Therefore, it is prayed that necessary correction/clarification be made to the said order.

4. As is evident from the order dated 11.2.2020, the petitioner has already deposited the sum of Rs.3 Lakhs ordered by this Court. Further, it is the submission of the petitioner that he has already executed the sureties as ordered by this Court. In such view of the matter, para-6 of the order dated 11.2.2020 shall read as under :- "6. Considering the submission as made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already deposited the sum of Rs.3 Lakhs ordered by this Court, recording the said statement, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The conditions already imposed by this Court, vide order dated 19.12.2019 shall stand to continue as it is. It is stated by the petitioner that he has already executed 2/4

sureties as ordered by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2019, and the same is taken on record and the petitioner shall not be insisted for executing sureties once again."

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh copy of this order to the parties.
