ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.530 of 2012 dated 03.11.2012 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) 323, 324, 447, 427 and 506(ii) IPC pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 03.11.2012, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
