This petition has been filed for an amendment in the affidavit of the writ petition and also in the order dated 22.09.2021 in W.P.No.20188 of 2021 as follows: "Survey No.352/25 and extent of as 0.340.31 sq.mtr" in the affidavit prayer portion and in the order dated 22.09.2021 should be modified instead of Survey No.325/25 and extent of 0.00320 sq.mtr" and the word "mother" should be replaced with the word "father" in paragraph No.3 of 7th line in Writ Petition No.20188 of 2021 order dated 22.09.2021. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that previous counsel who appeared for the petitioner viz., Mr.Krishnan (now died) had wrongly given the survey number and extent of land in the affidavit as Survey Number 325/25 and extent of land as 0.00320 sq.mtr, but the correct Survey https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

number and extent of land is 352/25 and extent of land as 0.340.31 sq.mtr. Hence, the same has to be modified in order dated 22.09.2021 in W.P.No.20188 of 2021. 3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to modify the order dated 22.09.2021 in W.P.No.20188 of 2021 with the following corrections: " (i) Petitioner Counsel name should be replaced with "Mr.Rajaramani". (ii). Survey number mentioned in prayer portion,1st and 2nd paragraphs should be replaced as "S.No.352/25" and extent of sq.mt mentioned in prayer portion,1st and 2nd paragraphs should be replaced with "0.340.31 sq.mt". (iii).In paragraph No.2 of 5th line, the words "and mother" should be deleted. (iv).In paragraph No.3 of 7th line, the word "mother" should be replaced with the word "father"."

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carryout the above said corrections in order dated 22.09.2021 in W.P.No.20188 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned. 11-12-2024 msv https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
