3. This application is filed by the appellant for an order to restore the Criminal Appeal No.277 of 2010 which was dismissed for default on 12.10.2023.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection to allow the application. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, in order to advance the cause of justice, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
