This application has been filed by the Official Liquidator seeking permission to call for claims from all the creditors of the Company under Liquidation by fixing 30 days time from the date of publication of the notice in the newspaper to prove their Debt/claims before the Official Liquidator and consequential reliefs.

2. A report, dated 22.11.2024 has been filed by the learned Dy. Official Liquidator in support of the prayer sought for in this application.

3. The Company viz., M/s.Mambalam Benefit Society Ltd., was ordered to be wound up by the orders of this Court on 08.03.2005 and the learned Official Liquidator attached to this Court was appointed as Liquidator for the said company. A detailed report has been filed by the Dy. Official Liquidator in support of this application. The fund position of the said Company as on 18.11.2024 as seen from the Dy. Official Liquidator's report is Rs.6,66,590.82.

4. This Court is satisfied with the report dated 22.11.2024 submitted by the learned Dy. Official Liquidator. Therefore, the prayers sought for by the 1/3

learned Dy. Official Liquidator through her report, dated 22.11.2024 have to be granted. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by granting the reliefs as prayed for by the Official Liquidator in this application. 29.11.2024 vsi2 2/3
