This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the entire records in C.C.No.3872 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned FTC-III, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and quash the same as against the petitioner/7th accused.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner files a memo stating that the complaint arising out of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 has been settled between the parties and the case in C.C.No.3872 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.III, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai has been disposed of against this petitioner, who is arrayed as A7. Since the complainant has withdrawn his complaint as against this petitioner, nothing survives in this quash petition.

3.Recording the above said memo, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
