This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24547 of 2023 on 06.11.2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
