ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to issue patta for petitioner's land measuring an extent of 0.00.97 or 2.5 cents in subdivided SF.No.264/5B (Old SF.No.264/5) Chennasamudram Village, Kodumudi Taluk, Erode District by considering petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2025 and proceeding of the third respondent dated 27.06.2025 in Na.Ka.No.1787/2025/C and remainder representation dated 28.07.2025 within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2025 & proceeding of the third respondent dated 27.06.2025 in Na.Ka.No.1787/2025/C & remainder representation dated 28.07.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if there are, and 2/4

giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
