Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records relating to the order dated 17.10.2019 made in DONO:

970/2019 in C.No.B3/6085/118/2018 on the file of the Superintendent of Police, Erode District, Erode, the respondent herein, and quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.A.V.Arun For Respondent : Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, Spl.Govt.Pleader.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

2. The said withdrawal is not opposed by the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.Nos.36060 and 36061 of 2019 are closed.
