(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner alleges encroachment in S.F.No.208/3, Povunchipattu Village, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that survey would be conducted and if encroachment is found on the pathway, then action, in accordance with law, would be undertaken.
