This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take further action on the petitioner's complaint vide with the C.S.R.No.339 of 2019 dated 20.10.2019 on the file of the respondent police and consequently take action as per law against the accused persons.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
