This application is filed to grant leave to sue for the plaintiff against the defendant.

Despite notice, the respondent has not turned up to oppose the application in A.No.9737 of 2019 filed by the plaintiff seeking leave to sue against the respondent, who is carrying on business outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Since part of cause of action is within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, leave to sue for the plaintiff against the defendant is granted.
