ORDER

In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 12.01.2024, Mrs.V.Jayabharathi, Assistant Treasury Officer, Sub Treasury, Mettur Dam, is present before this Court today.

2. The Assistant Treasury Officer has filed an affidavit stating that the reduced pension of the petitioner of Rs.28032 (i.e., Rs.7008 for 4 months) for the month of October, November, December of 2023 and January of 2024, has been refunded to the petitioner vide Bill Token No.1403007224020019, dated 15.02.2024 and the same has been credited to the petitioner's bank account on 15.02.2024.

3. In view of the above, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 16.02.2024 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Sni 2/4
