ORDER
This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the reference as made by the second respondent dated 11.03.2025 and 09.06.2025 under Ref.No.1459/2025/PUB/IT and Ref.No.1392/2025/PUB/IT on petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2025 to the second respondent, for necessary consideration with regard to registration of case as against respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 forthwith. 2/5

Heard Mr.S.Palanivelayutham, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2025 to the second respondent was considered and it was referred to the first respondent for appropriate action. He further submits that the first respondent disposed of the petitioner's representation vide letter No.AC/8941/2025 dated 08.11.2025 and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner on 13.11.2025. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.11.2025, it is for him to approach the appropriate forum and challenge the same, in the manner known to law.

Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
