ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the records and quash the FIR registered in Crime No.244 of 2023 on the file of the 1st Respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1 st respondent would submit that in the the present FIR, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on each complaint the petitioner has been taken into custody, in reply, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1 st respondent would submit that subsequent complaints lodged by the purchasers will be clubbed together and investigation will be done.

5. It is relevant to note that the present complaint has been lodged by the prospective buyer as against the petitioner for non-handing over the flat, further, several complaints have also been filed by the similar purchasers.

6. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1 st respondent, this petition is closed.
