ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Seventeenth day of August Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 20.12.2019 and letter dated 07.04.2021 vide D.No.215/2021 from the Subordinate Judge, (FAC), Tiruchengode, this court made the following order:-

Accepting the reasons assigned by the learned Subordinate Judge, (FAC), Tiruchengode, in his letter dated 07.04.2021, the time granted by this Court to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.31 of 2015, is extended by a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
