ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 04.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6797 of 2022, thereby directed the respondents to disburse the balance claim amount of Rs.48,451/- with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, within a period of six weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the first respondent passed order by the proceedings dated 10.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 10.07.2025 passed by the first respondent before this Court.
