The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) on the petitioner by order dated 23.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26248 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is pending.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed in para 6(b) on the petitioner by order dated 23.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26248 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
