ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer of investigation in Crime No.500 of 2018 from the file of the first respondent to CBCID Police.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that the first respondent already completed the investigation in Crime No.500 of 2018 and dropped further action on 28.01.2019 itself. Therefore, there is no investigation is pending on the file of the first respondent in respect of Crime No.500 of 2018. Therefore, transfer of investigation does not arise.

However, the first respondent is directed to serve the above charge notice to the petitioner/defacto complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not served already. Thereafter, the first respondent is directed to file final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate namely the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Arakonam. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition, if so advised.

With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
