This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order in W.P.No.8396 of 2018 dated 21.03.2025.

2.Mr.Anand Gopalan, learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that he has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 38 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

4.Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
