O R D E R
The Petitioner, who is residing at Chennai, has come up with this Petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.740 of 2018 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee to the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.3780 of 2019, which is filed by the Petitioner seeking restitution of conjugal rights.
2. Today, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent that, trial has commenced in H.M.O.P.No.740 of 2018.
3. Hence, in order to give a quietus to the issue, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.740 of 2018 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee is transferred to the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.3780 of 2019.
4. The VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, is expected to conclude the joint trial in H.M.O.P.No.3780 of 2019 and H.M.O.P.No.740 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 15 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.
5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.27561 of 2019 is closed.
