ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to file final report in FIR No.252 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police and also perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that the FIR in Crime No.252 of 2023 has been registered on 30.10.2023 for the offence under Sections 420, 120B and 34 of IPC and even after a period of one year, no final report is filed.

4. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
