This petition has been filed to relax one of the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent (CBI DSP) Police, Chennai on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m until further orders by order dated 21.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25683 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
