O R D E R

Mr.M.Robinson, Inspector of Police, Paradarami Police Station, Vellore District, was present at the time of hearing. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the affidavit filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Records Bureau, Gudiyatham Sub Division, Vellore District, was filed.

3.Relevant portion from the affidavit is extracted hereunder: "19.I respectfully submit that, as per the direction of this Hon'ble Court, the then Deputy Superintendent of Police, Gudiyatham Sub Division, had conducted investigation in Crime No.213 of 2023 and examined the witnesses and recorded their statements. After that he close the above case as "further action dropped" and served the R.C.S.No.9/2025, dated 28.02.2025 to the petitioner and the same was not received by her and the same was pasted before the petitioner house in front of the Village Administrative Officer. Later the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyatham through e-filing LTN20230001212C202500027 dated 02.04.2025 and the same was taken on file on 07.01.2026 vide Court R.C.S.No.1/2026 has been assigned and the above case is posed on 21.01.2026 for serving notice to de facto complainant."
