This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 10(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.28313 of 2024 on 13.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday evening at 06:30 p.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitione is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.10(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.28313 of 2024 on 13.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
