This petition is filed to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the conviction and sentence imposed on 22.04.2025 in S.C.No.22 of 2024 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur, 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
