ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to alter the case in Crime No.551 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.10.2019 and consequently take action as per law against the accused person. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. If the investigation reveals some other persons involved in the above crime, the third respondent has to array the said persons as accused by filing alteration report or at the time of filing final report.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
