Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.452 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in SPL.S.C.No.5 of 2016 passed by the Fast Track Court, Mahila Court, Sessions Judge Court, Vellore dated 14.05.2019 and enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.A.NO.452 OF 2019 [IN CRL.MP.NO.19123 OF 2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.452 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition.
