O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to Respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.10.2024.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that Respondents 4 to 8, who are encroachers of the Government land, which situates adjacent to the petitioner's property, claim rights over the private passage owned by the petitioner and other co-owners and suits filed by the petitioner and other coowners and Respondents 4 to 8 are pending. While things stood as above, 2/5

Respondents 4, 6 and 7 have obtained Aadhar Card by giving the petitioner's address and in this regard, the petitioner and other co-owners of a private passage gave a representation dated 20.02.2024 to Respondents 1 to 3, but till date no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 1 to 3.

4. Today Aadhar Seva Kendra, UIDAI, Regional Office, Khanija Bhavan, No.49, 3rd Floor, South Wing Race Course Road, Bengaluru - 560 001, who is the competent authority, has been impleaded as 9th respondent and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for R9 also. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the 9th respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 9th respondent shall consider the representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to both the parties and after conducting thorough enquiry. 3/5

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
