No. 3389/2004/A5, dated 31.05.2004, on the file of the District Collector, Salem (the first respondent herein) and to quash the same, and direct respondents 1 and 2 to grant permission to the petitioner on his building plan in respect to the building bearing Door NO.1/60-1 situated in Old Survey No. 63/2, corresponding to the new Survey No. 107/10, to an extent of 1475 sq.ft., in Murungapatty Village, Salem Taluk and District, within a time frame.
