ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to attend the classes and appear in all the remaining semester examinations including un-appeared exams.

2.The petitioner is the student of the respondent college pursuing four years B.E. Degree course in Artificial Intelligence. While so, a criminal case was registered against the petitioner under NDPS Act. Because of the criminal case the respondent barred the petitioner from writing the examinations from fifth semester onwards and the results of the previous semesters were not published on the ground of pendency of criminal case. The petitioner submitted his representations before the respondent to allow him to appear in the semester

examinations and to publish the previous semesters results. The petitioner filed a Writ Petition before this Court in W.P.No.13519 of 2023 and this Court vide order dated 27.04.2023, directed the respondent college to consider the petitioner's representation. The respondents considered the petitioner's representation and allowed him to attend the classes for the upcoming semesters. While so, on 29.10.2024, the second respondent suspended the petitioner from the college on the basis of the finding arrived by the Disciplinary Committee and also on the recommendation of the police. The petitioner, therefore filed the above writ petition for the aforesaid relief. 3.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent relying on the letter of the Dean of the respondent College submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. A copy of the letter of the Dean of the respondent College is produced, wherein it is stated that the petitioner's examination results held in November, 2024, were released on 17.02.2025. It is also stated that the petitioner enrolled on 07.02.

B.Tech (Artificial Intelligence) and was pursuing the same. The petitioner also attended the first review of final year major project on 17.02.2025. In view of the said letter of the Dean of the respondent College, it appears that nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 4.Hence, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
